Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and reporting initiatives, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities remotely while developing advanced financial models and partnering with Finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to aid strategic decision-making and operational performance
• Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is strongly preferred
• Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
