Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support clinical research initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will oversee the application of sponsor payments, maintain payment records, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate application of sponsor payments against sponsored projects in the clinical trials management system
• Maintain meticulous payment records and communication logs to ensure compliance with institutional guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical research sites and sponsors to resolve payment discrepancies and improve financial reporting

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
• Strong foundational understanding of clinical trial agreements and the clinical research revenue cycle
• Advanced proficiency with clinical trials management systems
• Experience with Clinical Conductor is highly preferred
