Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Early Learning Academies division, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial planning, resource allocation, and operational performance management while delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with multiple departments to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on performance data
• Build financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability for new growth initiatives
• Lead the budgeting process, including monthly forecasts and quarterly outlooks, while analyzing variances to enhance forecasting methods

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar discipline with an analytical focus
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial modeling, planning, and decision support
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial planning and ERP platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite
• Proven ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful insights and recommendations
• Independent and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment driven by growth
