Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the corporate finance team, the remote contract Senior Financial Analyst will oversee complex accounting functions, maintain financial controls, and drive the monthly financial close process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Supervise accounting assignments related to the General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SAP for timely and accurate financial statement reporting

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of accounting and auditing experience
• 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Experience in reviewing accounting workpapers
• Ability to report on audit findings and provide actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
