Job Summary

Leading advanced financial analysis and reporting, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will support strategic initiatives and capital planning in a remote role while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance organizational financial strategy and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting and capital planning
• Oversee budgeting processes and provide recommendations for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Demonstrated leadership or project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
• Healthcare experience preferred
