Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Corporate Development (M&A) team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage complex financial analyses for acquisitions and divestitures, working remotely while collaborating with various departments to drive transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build complex Excel valuation models and evaluate deals through financial metrics
• Manage the due diligence process, including site visits and data collection
• Create presentations and proposals for stakeholders, including senior management and board members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field from a top undergraduate program
• 2-4 years of transaction-oriented analytical experience, preferably in investment banking or corporate development
• Significant direct transaction experience is required
• Strong finance and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
