Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Leading financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes remotely while collaborating with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial performance management processes for COO and CFO organizations
• Create and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and KPI dashboards to improve executive visibility and decision-making
• Develop insights and recommendations for Finance and business leaders on budget performance, variance drivers, and investment trade-offs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance, preferably supporting senior leadership
• Experience in SaaS/technology companies or private equity environments is strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI being a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning processes and communicate financial concepts to diverse stakeholders
