Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage budget reviews, prepare executive presentations, and conduct data analysis to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly executive financial summary presentations and annual budget board presentations
• Analyze actual versus budget and present flux/trend analysis to business leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and operational analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related fields; healthcare experience is a plus
• Solid forecasting experience and collaboration with accounting teams
• Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics and unit economics
• Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships across multiple units
