Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing strategic financial analysis to support the Operations team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will work remotely to deliver insights, build financial models, and identify opportunities for operational and financial performance improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and articulate key drivers of financial and operational performance across a full P&L and multi-entity environment
• Partner with various teams to deliver strategic financial insights and decision support
• Build financial models and perform complex analyses to support corporate initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Three to four years of relevant experience, including multi-entity and full P&L experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong financial acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English fluently
