Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders in Sales and Marketing, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will optimize operational performance through financial modeling, strategic analysis, and reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build dynamic relationships with executives to analyze business performance and drive resource allocation
• Develop and manage scalable financial models and multi-year plans tracking key SaaS metrics
• Lead monthly financial processes, ensuring alignment of operational expenses with budget plans

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis within a Strategic Finance or FP&A team, preferably in SaaS
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including MRR, LTV, and CAC
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with experience handling large data sets
• Familiarity with financial planning and business intelligence tools like Workday Adaptive Planning or Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial scenarios clearly
