Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial management of real estate projects, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will drive financial excellence through accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead finance business partner for project management and capital planning processes, providing financial insights and reporting
• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for improved decision-making
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and overseeing client funding processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong proficiency in GAAP accounting principles and advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems, particularly real estate management platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated skills in financial analysis, problem-solving, and presenting financial information to diverse audiences
