Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on software and usage-based spend management, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and cost optimization while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, and Procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting on software, SaaS, and consumption-based vendor spend, including building and maintaining dashboards
• Develop financial models for usage-based and subscription spend, leading the annual budgeting process and producing variance analysis
• Manage financial relationships with software vendors, monitoring billing structures and tracking spend against commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, particularly in technology or software spend management
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and experience with billing exports from cloud or SaaS vendors
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for spend reporting and dashboards
