Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a primary Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions to drive strategic decision-making, optimizing revenue forecasting and managing headcount planning in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support and analytical insights as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization
• Review and refine the top-line bookings forecast in collaboration with sales leadership
• Lead headcount planning initiatives and define productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation for the field sales organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Tech environment
• Proven track record in managing complex revenue forecasting and corporate reporting
• Experience supporting a GTM organization as a strategic business partner
• Expert-level proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel; advanced SQL or Alteryx skills preferred
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) is a plus
