Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and performance analytics in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while partnering with operations leadership to drive financial discipline across a multi-site healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support centralized budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across operations
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast
• Analyze key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities for operational performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operations finance
• Experience supporting multi-unit or healthcare operations preferred
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with systems such as Adaptive or Workday preferred
