Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Driving operational execution and financial modeling, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, monthly close support, and deep-dive operating analysis across Go-To-Market and Services portfolios in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Excel forecast models and annual operating plans covering the customer journey
• Partner with the accounting team during month-end close to ensure accurate capture of productivity metrics and operational expenses
• Conduct comprehensive variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and operational improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic sales/revenue operations
• General knowledge of accounting principles and exposure to Enterprise SaaS and Gross Margin mechanics
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop detailed financial models
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Workspace; familiarity with BI tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field
