Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing financial and analytical expertise in budget formulation and capital planning, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will support the CEC IT Investment Management Program by conducting financial reviews, producing compliance reporting, and managing investment data remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit IT capital investment information and support OMB IT Budget submissions
• Maintain a portfolio of IT Business Cases and track investment performance metrics
• Identify and document financial risks while supporting CEC Risk Plans and mitigation reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of the Clinger-Cohen Act, OMB Circulars A-11/A-130, and FITARA
• Experience with AgMax, 1OCIO, or similar federal investment systems
• Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations and organizational skills for managing multiple deliverables
• Minimum of 5 years in federal government projects
