Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Based remotely and requiring West Coast residency, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will develop annual operational budgets, conduct research on budget issues, and collaborate with various business partners to provide insightful financial analysis for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual operational budgets for the organization
• Conduct research and investigation into budget-related issues
• Collaborate with program and regional personnel, corporate leaders, and external customers to translate financial data into actionable business insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics
• Four years of experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and planning for a multi-facility organization
• Strong foundation in accounting and budgeting concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Ability to synthesize information from various sources for comprehensive analysis
