Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the corporate finance function, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will own the analytical infrastructure for financial planning, manage revenue and expense models, and facilitate forecasting operations while working remotely from North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve driver-based revenue and expense models across business units
• Own the rolling forecast dataset, ensuring it is current, clean, and audit-ready
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc variance analysis, translating findings into narratives for executive discussions

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of FP&A or financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools like Adaptive or Anaplan is a plus
• Strong analytical instincts with a focus on accuracy
• Experience in marketing services, digital agency, consulting, or similar complex services businesses preferred
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and translating complex data into plain language
