Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a rapidly growing business, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting and forecasting for R&D departments, perform variance analysis, and oversee Opex management while collaborating with leadership and department leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage annual budgets and forecasts for R&D departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Perform detailed variance analysis and prepare reports summarizing findings for leadership review
• Monitor and track Opex spending and develop key performance indicators to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis within a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a finance-related field
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Sheets
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience in building financial models
• Ability to work under pressure in a complex, high-growth organization
