Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

As a strategic finance partner, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting while providing actionable insights to leaders across various departments within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated FP&A partner for leaders, offering financial guidance to support business decision-making
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, ensuring timely visibility into financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial models that support departmental forecasting, acquisition spend analysis, and long-term strategic planning

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, or a related analytical finance function
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience in P&C insurance strongly preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Enterprise Performance Management software required
• Strong understanding of core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation
