Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the bank's liquidity management and funding operations, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will oversee daily liquidity positioning, develop funding strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity position and funding sources, ensuring compliance with internal policy limits
• Support asset-liability management (ALM) processes, including interest rate risk modeling and balance sheet strategy analysis
• Provide financial reporting support through variance analysis and assist with audit requests related to treasury and balance sheet

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking analytics, preferably in community or regional banking
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, funding strategies, and balance sheet dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with CSI, Plansmith, or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of regulatory expectations related to liquidity and interest rate risk
