Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with operational leaders, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis, develop budgets and forecasts, and analyze complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives within the Ophthalmology business unit
• Develop, maintain, and enhance budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans using financial models
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and performance drivers, translating findings into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or operations analytics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including comfort with large datasets
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex analyses
• Experience in healthcare services or multi-site operations
