Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to the Retail business, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis and decision support to drive profitability and long-term growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insights that influence pricing, margin optimization, and strategic decision-making as a trusted finance business partner to Retail sales and leadership teams
• Lead advanced financial analysis and modeling, including contribution margin and customer profitability, while enhancing internal management reporting and KPI dashboards
• Prepare and present financial review materials for executive leadership, proactively identifying strategic opportunities and supporting cross-functional financial initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Advanced financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills with expert-level proficiency in Excel
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including pricing, margins, and profitability analysis
• Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
