Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-driven and analytically sharp, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and manage departmental budgeting cycles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts
• Own departmental budgeting cycles and conduct ongoing Budget vs. Actuals variance analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 2-5 years of relevant corporate finance experience
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, financial software)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to build workflows or automate analysis is preferred
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is a plus
