Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will oversee operating expenses by leading planning and forecasting cycles, developing insightful reporting, and managing financial systems and models.

Key responsibilities

• Create meaningful reports and insightful analysis to inform decision-making
• Lead planning and forecasting for operating expenses
• Administer planning systems, including model maintenance and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, business analytics, or financial systems, preferably in the insurance industry
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or reporting systems; Anaplan model builder experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong ability to build relationships with business leaders across various levels of the organization
