Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and analysis for the Technology organization, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage headcount, infrastructure, and software investments while partnering with engineering and product leaders to shape budget decisions and enhance forecast accuracy in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Building trusted partnerships with Technology leaders by translating business drivers into financial models and forecasts
• Leading annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Developing operational metrics and financial reporting to identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a finance business partner supporting technology or product organizations
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling to address complex business problems
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in Enterprise Software, IaaS, or SaaS business models; familiarity with Anaplan is a plus
