Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, Finance, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will focus on building dynamic financial models, developing strategic business cases, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital allocation decisions
• Develop business cases for growth initiatives and prepare executive-ready analyses and presentation materials
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
• 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar roles
• Proven ability to build complex financial models and produce executive-ready presentation materials
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with planning, ERP, BI, or data tools such as Tableau or SQL preferred
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
