Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will build financial models and perform analyses to support growth and operational objectives while working in an office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the annual planning process, including five-year plans and budgets, in collaboration with leadership
• Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and develop actionable plans
• Manage sensitive information and provide timely financial reporting in partnership with the Accounting team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in financial planning and analysis
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and financial modeling
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the capacity to work independently while meeting performance metrics
