Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Finance organization, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will provide high-quality analysis, manage monthly financial planning and reporting processes, and contribute to OPEX variance analysis and budgeting efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to enhance financial forecast effectiveness through detailed analysis and collaboration
• Conduct cost management, reporting, and consolidation of Global OPEX functions while supporting FP&A Managers with accurate reporting
• Drive process improvements and communicate commercial performance insights to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 4 - 6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or auditing environment
• Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced skills in Excel and strong proficiency in MS Office; SQL or Power BI experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
