Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the VP of Finance, the full-time remote Senior FP&A Analyst will develop a deep understanding of financial metrics, represent finance in management meetings, and assist in maintaining forecasting and cash models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of cohort retention, revenue, cash, and gross margin models to effectively answer stakeholder inquiries
• Represent finance in meetings with management and flag issues requiring VP of Finance attention
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and run the monthly reforecast cycle, providing insights on variances and preparing materials for reporting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in subscription eCommerce and CPG
• Experience working in a startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly
• Strong financial planning and modeling skills with expert proficiency in Excel
• Prior experience in company-wide annual and quarterly planning processes
• Ability to synthesize complex data sets and communicate insights to non-financial audiences
