Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will develop and implement financial concepts, conduct complex analyses, and mentor junior analysts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes income and balance sheet statements, providing insights on financial performance
• Conducts complex financial analyses to evaluate the company's operating results and make recommendations for improvement
• Serves as a resource for management, coordinating accounting matters across departments and identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, required
• CPA holder preferred
• Excellent technical knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes
• Able to mentor junior-level team members in the use of financial tools and systems
