Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Financial Analyst will manage the renewal forecasting process, analyze retention metrics for SaaS product lines, and deliver actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal forecasting process and validate forecast models for churn and retention outcomes
• Analyze retention trends and collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely updates and reviews
• Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes of retention performance and deliver proactive recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis roles within SaaS or subscription-based models
• Expertise in financial modeling and data manipulation
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
