Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while collaborating with finance and operational teams in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, including financial model preparation and data analysis
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts
• Partner with teams to provide financial insights, evaluate business cases, and assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manage large volumes of financial data
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
