Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and performance analysis in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and data reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making in a multi-site healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across various clinics and service lines
• Analyze business performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights for leadership
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy across datasets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of analytical finance experience, preferably in investment banking, consulting, or healthcare
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial statements and KPIs
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred
