Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the GTM Finance function, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will design financial models for revenue forecasting, conduct variance analysis, and serve as a strategic finance partner to GTM leaders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain financial models for GTM operating expenses across various channels
• Conduct variance analysis to identify budget-to-actual discrepancies and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to manage budgets and headcount plans, driving accountability and financial efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment
• Proficiency in Excel for building robust financial models
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, Churn, and LTV/CAC
• Experience with SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with financial systems like NetSuite and Pigment is advantageous
