Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic and operational decision-making, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage grant contracts, perform financial analysis and reporting, and assist in budgeting and forecasting while working primarily remotely with occasional office visits in East Syracuse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IHC grant contracts, including budget development and compliance with grant requirements
• Perform monthly financial statement flux and variance analysis, preparing leadership-ready reports and dashboards
• Support the annual budgeting process and develop financial models for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, economics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
