Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Owning corporate consolidation and G&A finance, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage the monthly management reporting package and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly roll-up of functions into the corporate model, ensuring accurate reporting and reducing cycle time
• Build and maintain the monthly reporting package, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
• Act as the finance partner for G&A cost-center owners, managing budgets, forecasts, and headcount reviews

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance with a focus on corporate/consolidated models
• Strong understanding of P&L construction and reconciliation of inputs to actuals
• Expertise in Excel/Sheets modeling and experience with modern ERP systems
• Ability to work with data, including SQL proficiency or quick adaptability
• Self-directed with a meticulous approach to error-checking and communication
