Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the health system's long-range financial planning and capital planning functions, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual long-range financial planning cycle, consolidating forecasts from operational leaders
- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the financial impact of strategic alternatives and macroeconomic factors
- Support the annual capital planning process, including project-level financial model reviews and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency with financial planning and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance concepts and experience with long-range financial models
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, HFMA) preferred
