Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support Kin's growth strategy, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage forecast models and processes, deliver insights through financial reporting, and ensure accurate month-end deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the recurring financial reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
• Build and maintain forecast models using established methodologies and processes
• Drive ad hoc financial analysis to inform state and product-level growth strategy decisions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience, including forecast modeling and recurring reporting
• Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining financial models in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience owning recurring reporting cycles (monthly/quarterly) with minimal oversight
• Ability to translate financial data into analysis that informs strategic decisions
• Proficiency with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar)
