Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the monthly reporting cycle and transforming financial processes, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage budget tracking, maintain financial models, and drive automation in a full-time salaried position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis and management reporting
• Maintain and run the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast, updating scenarios as needed
• Drive automation of manual processes in the monthly close and forecasting cycles using AI and tooling improvements

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with experience in large datasets and complex financial models
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and their drivers, including ARR, NRR, and CAC payback
• Demonstrated ability to independently own deliverables and produce accurate outputs for leadership review
