Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage go-to-market planning and reporting, build financial models for unit economics, and automate data analysis to inform strategic investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual and long-term planning for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across revenue and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market spending with financial plans and model investment decisions
• Develop and maintain models for customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and sales efficiency to guide resource allocation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in both data/analytics and finance/FP&A roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Hands-on experience with go-to-market metrics such as pipeline, bookings, and sales efficiency
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for financial modeling and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on automation and efficiency in reporting
