Job Summary
Collaborating with managers and senior leadership, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage monthly productivity, coordinate annual operating budgets, and oversee the month-end closing cycle while ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and report on management systems, reviewing financial data for accuracy
- Evaluate the financial impact of new programs and prepare financial forecasts and projections
- Serve as a project coordinator, providing support and training to team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Three years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred but not required
