Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and reporting for a strategic joint venture project, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage recurring reporting packages, prepare project-level P&L reports, and partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and accurate financial insights in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the recurring reporting package delivered to the joint venture partner, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Prepare project-level P&L reporting, including variance analysis and commentary for project leadership
• Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models, incorporating project development timelines and financial assumptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate Finance, or related field
• 5-7+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or relevant accounting experience
• Direct experience in capital-intensive industries such as data centers, real estate, or energy preferred
• Proficiency with ERP or financial reporting systems; experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Prior exposure to joint venture or private equity-backed reporting obligations is a meaningful differentiator
