Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Owning financial data integrity for a multi-brand home services company, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage job costing, expense tracking, and data reconciliation while working remotely from LATAM or Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Trace expenses to the correct job, department, and category to eliminate miscoded spending
- Produce accurate commission reports and support budgets and expense planning across multiple brands
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI tracking for ownership reporting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, or business operations
- Genuine job costing experience with a strong understanding of expense allocation
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and nested logic
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks in a multi-entity environment
- Experience with CRM or field service management platforms
