Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Finance, Product & Innovation team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will analyze production costs, operational performance, and financial data, while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze production costs, COGS, inventory, and key operational drivers to provide actionable insights
- Perform variance analysis and support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across production and innovation activities
- Build financial models for strategic initiatives and improve reporting and analytical tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Several years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, operations finance, or cost accounting
- Hands-on experience with operational costing, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; familiarity with tools like JD Edwards or Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across large or complex data sets
