Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support enterprise financial planning and decision-making, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will work remotely, leading forecasting, budgeting, and workforce analysis while partnering with senior leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise headcount and compensation forecasting, including hiring plans and workforce-related expenses
- Own end-to-end financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Develop complex financial models to support scenario planning, M&A analysis, and investment decisions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in a high-growth healthcare company
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights or NetSuite
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for executive stakeholders
