Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Financial Analyst will apply advanced accounting principles to prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for a diverse portfolio of clients while managing accounting transactions and ensuring compliance with policies and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions and prepare client financial statement packages
• Create and post journal entries, ensuring accurate posting of all transactions for the accounting period
• Generate and review comprehensive financial packages for accuracy and timely delivery to clients and management teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
• Advanced math skills for complex financial calculations
• Understanding of accounting procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
