Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary analytical resource for Operating Expense (Opex) planning and reporting, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage expense analysis, conduct variance assessments, and drive improvements in FP&A processes while partnering with business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee expense planning, reporting, and analysis for Operating Expense (Opex)
• Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis, providing clear explanations of discrepancies
• Identify and implement enhancements to FP&A processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a similar finance role
• Significant experience with Opex planning and analysis
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with financial planning software, particularly IBM TM1, and data visualization tools like Power BI preferred
