Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst in a fully remote, salaried position, the role will manage operational and financial performance analysis, develop reporting and dashboards, and partner with Operations leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze P&L results, investigate budget variances, and forecast performance in collaboration with Operations, Accounting, and Finance teams
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes while evaluating opportunities to improve site profitability and operational efficiencies
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for operational initiatives, and prepare performance analyses for MBR & QBR meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, FP&A, consulting, or related analytical roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
- Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database concepts preferred
