Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial planning and reporting initiatives, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports to aid strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for improved forecasting accuracy
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and their impact on business performance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data for decision-making support
